What better way to see a soon-to-be-classic surf movie than on the beach? This June, we will screen a special film to benefit the Surfrider Foundation. The international Foundation is a non-profit environmental organization dedicated to the protection and enjoyment of the world’s oceans, waves, and beaches for all people, through conservation, activism, research, and education. Hors d’ oeuvres. Complimentary beer from Grey Sail Brewery and a cash bar will be available.
Sight|Sound, a film by Mikey DeTemple follows, surfers Chris Del Moro, Justin Quintal, Kassia Meador, Alek Parker, Ryan Burch, Mikey DeTemple, Scotty Stopnik, Jared Mell, Daniel Thompson and Tyler Warren as they travel to places like Canada, Nicaragua, Bahamas, Maine, New York, and Baja riding all sorts of different shaped boards, logs, hulls, and planks of wood.
